Not a Family Heirloom, but a Family Holiday

Just wishing you a Happy Hanukkah. I have a party to plan, so I will be back next week!

This menorah is not a family heirloom, but one purchased in an antique store by the gardener. I’ve found several like this online. They appear to be circa 1920 or perhaps a bit before.

    We had a very similar menorah when I was growing up. I think my mom gave it to my niece, and then it broke. You always lead me to new questions–now I need to ask my mom if she remembers where they got it. (They did have an antiques business, so my dad may have picked it somewhere along the line.)
